The ettc began as a fundacja over 10 years ago with one simple purpose: to share English culture and entertainment in Poland. From day one, our heart has been in working with young people, nurturing new actors, and creating unforgettable experiences for audiences.
Our first productions were a heartfelt drama 'A Date to Remember', and a comedy, 'The Dinner Party Twist'. They set the tone for everything we’ve done since: bold storytelling, professional performance, and a love for connecting directly with audiences.
Since then we’ve toured across Poland, leading workshops and performing in Warsaw, Katowice, Tarnów, Gliwice, Kraków, and beyond to an international theatre festival in Egypt!
Nurturing New Talent
Over the past decade, we’ve worked with more than 100 actors! Many were stepping onto a professional stage for the very first time, and we take great pride in their growth. We’ve even helped two of our performers gain entry to prestigious drama schools in London - a testament to the quality of work and dedication they developed here.
For us, theatre is about more than performance - it’s about opportunity, growth, and community.

Driven by Passion
As a non-profit organisation, every member of the ettc works from the heart - our reward is in the laughter, applause, and heartfelt thanks of audiences and participants.
We’ve received occasional city grants, but the majority of our work is funded through ticket-sales whiuch, as you can imagine, is not always easy.
